Description: This project concerns the ex-Kodak premises at Marousi. A.R.I.S. undertook the execution of the conceptual design study, for the regeneration of this brown field and the creation of a state-of-the-art building complex. The uses of the complex is mainly offices, but includes also retail on the ground floor.
